Sono uno di quelli che legge le licenze fino in fondo... quella del SDK di
Java mi pare tutto sommato ragionevole per uso professionale, con la
'piccola' eccezione dei due punti che riporto sotto.
Uno dei motivi che mi hanno convinto a vincere la mia pigrizia e ad
abbandonare Windows e' stata l'introduzione di condizioni simili da parte di
Microsoft: non provo il minimo desiderio di ritrovarmele sotto Linux. Tra
l'altro queste sono perfino peggiori (vedi al punto 6 "Other Software").

5. Notice of Automatic Software Updates from Sun. You acknowledge that the
Software may automatically download, install, and execute applets,
applications, software extensions, and updated versions of the Software from
Sun ("Software Updates"), which may require you to accept updated terms and

Software and/or by requesting services that require use of the Software, the
