e` utile in fase di debugging per avere piu` informazioni utili.
disabilitando il tutto si ottiene un kernel piu` piccino e leggermente piu`
veloce, ma che fornisci poche informazioni utili in caso di schiantamento.

ad ogni modo, in bk e` stato committato l'help:

Compile kernel without frame pointer
CONFIG_NO_FRAME_POINTER
  If you say Y here, the resulting kernel will be slightly smaller and
  faster. However, when a problem occurs with the kernel, the
  information that is reported is severely limited. Most people
  should say N here.
