beh, potresti cominciare a usare il comando iwconfig
di solito dei scegliere l'essid della rete e quant'altro, o magari la
crittazione (se wep) o il canale o qualcos'altro.

questo non so se e' dovuto a qualche problema hw oppure al driver che
non riesce ad accedere ad alcuna rete se non configurato correttamente.
