beh... il fatto che il server sia "un pochettino piu' lento" non mi
preoccupa, ma i due punti
 a) invalidazione file handling in caso di move
 b) niente file locking
 
secondo me sono abbastanza per decidere di non usarlo!

[il punto (a) e' seccante ma, talvolta, tollerabile ... il punto (b)
 rende praticamente impossibile montare un tale filesystem r/w ]
