ma quanti diavolo di modi ci sono in *x per ottenere la stessa 
informazione? :))

Rimane comunque il fatto per me misterioso che quel fs risulta busy 
anche se lsof dice che non ci sono file aperti. Su google ho trovato questo:

I had a problem similar to this a while ago.  You might want to check
/etc/ld.so.conf to see if ldconfig is caching anything from /usr/local.
If it is, running ldconfig may give you some clues, (for example, in my 
case running ldconfig gave me a list of error messages).  In my case, 
essentially, there were a number of bad "links" to dynamic libraries, 
and when the time came to unmount, it was unable to.

(in quel caso /usr/local era il mountpoint)
